Girl she down burned my hair with no products, had to open the damn door from all the smoke in the gosh dang store, surprised smoke alarms didn’t go off. She burned my freaking scalp to the point I was crying. She than made it look my hair was the problem but no girlfriend, if another hairdresser could do the same thing WITHOUT burning my head, so can you. And now I’m pretty sure she just messed up my hair cuz now with my curly hair, there is some straight pieces in the back which I’m sure wasn’t there before she touched my head. Oh and she charged after all of it. So 10/10 wouldn’t recommend if you don’t want a burned scalp. 👍

I hate writing reviews, but in this case this place gave me no other choice. I went to this place in the spring to get highlights and the owner left my hair orange she told me to go back so she can fix it. I went back to get it fixed and when I was waiting for 15 minutes she comes up to me and tells me she does not have the product for my hair. I ended up leaving and went somewhere else to get it fixed. I scheduled an appointment there again to give her another chance, I was scheduled for 10:00 am with the owner but when I called at 10:00am I was told by the lady who washes hair that she was running late and asked if I could be there at 11:00-11:30am. I got there at 11:15am & was waiting for 20 minutes when I asked how much longer for owner to get there the lady said 20 more minutes so the lady who washes the hair started me off by putting the highlighting cap and as soon as she started putting the color the owner walks in and let’s the lady who washes hair continue with color on my hair and she starts blow drying two other girls hair. After the color was done she tells the lady who washes hair to put toner on me, while I have the toner on the owner says she has to leave to pick up her kids. Tells me it will be $180 before she leaves. She never shows up again at the hair salon. The lady who washes hair finished my hair as per her bosses instruction on the phone. When I go sit on chair and the toner is removed and I’m about to get hair dried my hair was orange. The lady who washes noticed and called her. Than she put I guess another toner on my hair which really burned my scalp. She washes hair again and it came out worse orange on roots and rest purple. I took blow dryer to dry hair and paid $150 as per them. I get home and there is still toner in my ears and my forehead. I’m sorry but the owner is very irresponsible with her clients and the way she runs her business is so unprofessional. Now I have to go somewhere else to spend money and get my hair fixed. Please don’t go there for highlights or color. She doesn’t know what she is doing. I’m done with them. Tried to give her another chance but she sucks.

I loved this salon. I got my hair cut and washed she was so gentle and quick! She is so nice and I was in love with my blowout felt so light and bouncy. Not once did she burn my hair. Did such an amazing job washing my hair felt like it was cleaned very well and massaged my scalp. Only cut my ends which is what I wanted and absolutely in love with the result. Such an amazing business and will be coming back for all my hair needs!!!

I love to come spend some time getting my hair done. Eliana is a very professional women, who will listen to you to meet your needs and will let you enjoy your time in peace. The salon is clean, the staff is very caring and friendly. There’s always a way to get an appointment. Parking is usually pretty good and in front of the salon. I really like to visit Dina’s and feel I am being treated with respect.
